and restaurant operations. Pitmaster Konrad's experience with
barbeque (or braaivleis as it
is know in homeland of South Africa) started in
the 1960's watching his grandfather barbeque whole steers on a
spit. His passion has found him cooking barbecue on four
continents over the last four decades.
