Scandinavia's Second Biggest Daily Paper sent their travel editor and
a photographer to Los Angeles for a feature BBQ Interview. The lead feature story in a June 2006 weekend
magazine and will be all about our BBQ class
at the Burbank Hilton on March 25th, 2006. Both the travel editor and
photographer are big BBQ fans. The photographer even owns an Oklahoma Joe
which is very rare in Sweden. They left the class in search of a BBQ
Galore store to buy rib racks which they saw used for the first time during the
class.
